Our Story

A lifelong dream, finally rooted in Vermont soil.

For twenty-three years, Greg built and ran a metal fabrication shop in New Hampshire. The work was good, the days were long, but the dream of sugaring was always on his mind.

So we sold it all. We crossed into Vermont, into a quiet corner of Reading where an old stone chimney still stands — the marker of a homestead long gone, and the namesake of everything we're building now.

The sugarbush here is brand new. The trees have never been tapped. Every drop we bottle this year is a first.
